Cookie Policy
Last updated October 29, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Invata Global Enterprises Inc. and its companies, including Invata Global Capital and Invata Global Marketing (“Invata Global,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), use cookies and similar technologies on invataglobal.com, invataglobalcapital.com, invataglobalmarketing.com, policies.invataglobal.com, invata.global, and their subdomains (the “Websites”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your browser or device. Similar technologies include pixels (also called web beacons or tags), local storage, and scripts that collect information about how a page is used. Cookies set by us are “first-party” cookies. Cookies set by another company, such as an analytics or advertising provider, are “third-party” cookies. Some last only until you close your browser (session cookies); others stay for a set period (persistent cookies).
The types we use
Not every Website uses every type. The specific cookies may change as we update our Websites and providers.
Strictly necessary
Required for the Websites to work and to keep them secure, for example to route traffic, block malicious bots, protect forms from spam, and remember your privacy choices. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may set cookies such as __cf_bm and cf_clearance for bot protection. These cannot be switched off in our systems, but you can block them in your browser; some parts of the Websites may not then work.
Preferences
Remember choices you make, such as an open menu or a form you have started, so the Websites work the way you expect. We use your browser’s local storage for these where possible, and the information stays on your device.
Analytics
Help us understand how visitors use the Websites, such as which pages are popular and where visitors come from, so we can improve them. We may use services such as Google Analytics (cookies such as _ga and _ga_*), Cloudflare Web Analytics (which does not use cookies), and Microsoft Clarity (cookies such as _clck and _clsk). We configure analytics to limit the information collected where the tools allow.
Advertising
If we run advertising, partners such as Google and Meta may set cookies or use pixels (for example, _gcl_au and _fbp) to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who have visited our Websites. These partners may combine this information with other information they hold under their own privacy policies.
Third-party content
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and may include embedded scheduling, video, or social media features. When your browser loads this content, the provider receives technical information such as your IP address and may set its own cookies.
Your choices
- Our cookie notice: our Websites ask before loading analytics or advertising tools, and load them only if you choose Accept. To change your choice, clear this site’s data in your browser and the notice will ask again.
- Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of advertising cookies and of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for that browser.
- Browser settings: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Each browser explains how in its help pages.
- Analytics opt-out: you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Advertising opt-out: visit optout.aboutads.info, optout.networkadvertising.org, or youronlinechoices.eu, and adjust your ad settings with Google and Meta.
- Email us: at legal@invataglobal.com with the subject “Opt out.”
Where the law requires consent before non-essential cookies are used (for example, for visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom), we ask for it first, and you can change your choice at any time.
Pixels in emails
Our marketing emails may contain a small pixel that tells us whether an email was opened and which links were clicked, so we can improve our communications. You can limit this by turning off automatic image loading in your email app.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes to the technologies we use or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed.
